Change of mind returns within 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the deduction of shipping/return costs.
Credit notes for change of mind will only be issued if we are notified within 14 days from the date of the original purchase.
Change of mind returns within 14 days will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note if the product is in a new, unused conditon that hasn't been mounted, installed or damaged.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a timely fashion at your own expense using a tracked service.
In the unlikely case of damaged items, we must be informed of any damaged items within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will endevour to replace the damaged item without any additional cost to the customer.
Alternatively, if notification is received within 7 days, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit note instead of a replacement for damaged goods returned.
We (Ayhi Ltd) will provide a suitable pre-paid return method for damaged items.
Once accepted you must return the damaged items within 14 days.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any product exchange or credit note.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty, we will exchange the product or provide you with a credit note. Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.
Any faulty products advised after this time period will be exchanged under the warranty specifed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.

In cases where a returned item, within the 14-day period, is determined not to be faulty, the associated return shipping costs plus and additonal £10 may be incurred by the customer.
All sales of digital items are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital product purchases.
Items where packaging or any of the individual product or components have been mounted, installed or damaged are non-refundable.
Ayhi Ltd is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Customers are advised to use a reliable and trackable shipping method.
Manufacturers warranty will apply to all products except those labelled "Graded" or "Refurbished". In these cases a limited 3 month warranty will apply, for further details see Warranty Information
